The Denmark 10,000.00 is an exciting fishing competition held over the weekend of the 

5^th 6^th & 7^th October 2007.

Catch the tagged bay snapper and win.

We have a variety of other great prizes to be won in the fishing competition.

To enter the fishing competition there will be a nomination fee:

$30.00 per Adult

$10.00 per  Child

Children not eligible for the major prizes on the Childs Pass

Daily Weigh ins will be at the Rivermouth Boat Launching Area.

Friday 5 Oct 07 weigh ins must be completed by 5.30pm

Saturday 6 Oct 07 weigh ins must be completed by 5.30pm

Sunday 7 Oct 07 weigh ins must be completed by 12.30pm

Conditions

• The competition will commence at mid-day on Friday the 5^th October and end at mid-day on Sunday the 7^th October 2007.

• Presentation of prizes will commence at 1.30pm on Sunday the 7^th October.

• To be eligible for prizes you must be present at the presentation on Sunday 7^th October.

• The boundaries for the fishing competition include Wilson Inlet & Rivers directly connecting to Wilson Inlet .

• To be eligible for any prizes a nomination form must be submitted and nomination fee must be paid prior to the competition.

• Fish must be caught by line and hook, netting is not permitted.

• All catches that are going to be entered into the different categories of the competition must be weighed and registered by 5.30 daily.

• The weighing of the fish will be carried out by the officials of the competition.

• All fish must be presented whole

• Nomination fees are non refundable.

Safety of competitors and visitors

The safety of competitors is the responsibility of the individual’s concerned and no liability is accepted by the organisers of the Denmark 10,000.00. The organisers of The Denmark 10,000.00 cannot dictate to an individual or individuals.  The Denmark rules have safety in mind but they cannot be enforced over the rights or decisions of any individuals, irrespective of circumstances or age groups. Safety is the organisers’ concern but your responsibility.

Notwithstanding this, the organisers of the Denmark 10,000.00 competition can consider the safety of competitors and spectators, and is therefore empowered to strike out a person’s competition catch for the day if a competitor refuses to comply with a reasonable request from the organisers of the Denmark 10,000.00 concerning safety.

By entering the Denmark 10,000 Fishing Competition I accept the terms and conditions of entry and agree to abide by all rules and guidelines issued to me. I accept Fishing as part of the competition carries with it certain obvious risks that could result in injury, loss or damage. Whilst the organisers of the Denmark 10,000 Fishing competition will take all reasonable care, I accept that participation is at my own personal risk.
